>CONNECTING DATA WITH CREATIVITY TO
SEE BEYOND.

[ABOUT]

Roswell is the driving force behind the transformation of data into creativity, strategies that don't just seek to grab attention or sell products, but to elevate brands as high as necessary and achieve measurable results that make a real impact on your business.

The background of each person behind this agency is connected solely by their involvement in this project. Their education, interests, experience, and skills are intertwined through an unpredictable sequence of events over time.

  • Portrait of EDUARDO BERTRÁN S (A.K.A. "EDO")

    DECLASSIFIED FILE

SUBJECT > EDUARDO BERTRÁN S (A.K.A "EDO") POSITION > CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER ADDITIONAL > FOUNDER

Its origins can be traced back to a strange blend of strategy and creativity. These signs appear in the media, film, advertising, photography, and even music.

He was a screenwriter at MTV, a director and host of various radio and television formats, and has worked in both documentary and fiction film. At some point along the way, he ended up directing the archival footage for an Oscar-nominated film.

He has served as Chief Creative Officer at corporate communications and reputation management agencies, as well as at television networks and print media outlets.

As a communications strategist, he has worked with brands and organizations across sectors as diverse as mining, retail, healthcare, startups, consumer products, education, and energy.

A resume that’s hard to categorize. That’s probably why he ended up here.

OTHER FINDINGS: Drum set. Analog photography. Three dogs. Travel the world. Receding hairline.

    DECLASSIFIED FILE

SUBJECT > ANDRÉS BENÍTEZ POSITION > DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY ADDITIONAL > BOARD

A review of his record reveals a pattern that is hard to ignore. Different stages, different positions, but one common thread: BUSINESS.

At El Mercurio and Las Últimas Noticias, he spent a decade working in both the economics department and editorial management. At Adolfo Ibáñez University, he shifted from editorial work to administration: more than 17 years as president.

At Grupo Copesa, he broadened his scope: from Editorial Director to Commercial Director and, finally, General Manager. From content to the entire business.

The signs then led him back in front of a camera, this time on his own terms: *Money Talks*, a show he directs, produces, and hosts.

And while business continues to speak, a new conversation emerges: connecting that experience with creativity. The path leads to ROSWELL.

OTHER FINDINGS: When he stepped down as president of the UAI, he said his next goal was to run a media outlet.

    >The record contains that statement.
    > It also confirms that he achieved that goal.

  • Portrait of FELIPE JADUE

    DECLASSIFIED FILE

SUBJECT > FELIPE JADUE POSITION > GENERAL MANAGER ADDITIONAL > PARTNER

His background reveals an unusual intersection of numbers, AI, and entrepreneurship. The mission: to turn creativity into results.

At Incazar, he got his start among the fabrics and machines of the textile factory his grandfather founded in the 1950s.

At Ridec, he rose from Sales Manager to General Manager. He spent five years at the helm before selling his stake after learning about the working conditions at the factory that supplied them in China.

He then founded Karukinka in Tierra del Fuego: a B Corporation-certified outdoor brand with a workshop staffed 90% by women and over US$1 million raised across five funding rounds.

Today, she is the CFO and General Manager of ROSWELL.

OTHER FINDINGS: Her thesis on AI is simple: fewer charts, more DataFrames. Use it to find statistical significance where there was once only intuition, and turn creativity into measurable results.

  • Portrait of JAVIERA ROMERO

    DECLASSIFIED FILE

SUBJECT > JAVIERA ROMERO POSITION > ACCOUNT MANAGER ADDITIONAL > PARTNER

A difficult portfolio to categorize. Strategic communication, planning, management, customer service, and art are all intertwined in a single career path.

She was an Editor and Copywriter at Rinoceronte.fm and led projects for brands such as Ripley, PUMA, Jägermeister, Hendrick’s Gin, Glenfiddich, and Pandora at Dos Alas.

She worked with Netflix for Chile and spent time at VIBE Brand Business Studio and Noise Media, handling roles ranging from executive production to new business development and project management.

She then took on the role of Director of Strategy at SPECIFIC and El Producto, where she also planned and financed art projects in South America and Europe.

Later, she served as General Account Director at Simplicity. All these different disciplines seemed difficult to connect, until all the threads finally came together at ROSWELL.

OTHER FINDINGS: His ear for art and music isn't just a hobby. It's the same radar he uses to pick up on cultural cues before turning them into brand strategy.

  • Portrait of FELIPE GUERRERO (A.K.A. "CALLME")

    DECLASSIFIED FILE

SUBJECT > FELIPE GUERRERO (A.K.A "CALLME") POSITION > CREATIVE DIRECTOR ADDITIONAL > PARTNER

His portfolio appears time and again in key national advertising campaigns. It’s hard to believe that’s a coincidence.

At AldeA Santiago, he developed campaigns for Cerveza Cristal, Jumbo, Santander, Pisco Mistral, Techo, and the Government of Chile, winning an Effie Award for Santander LATAM Pass.

Later, at WOLF.BCPP, he created campaigns for Crush, Volvo, and La Polar, before returning to AldeA to transition from creative to management. At the helm of Santander and UAH, his track record includes Advertiser of the Year, five Effie Awards, and an ACHAP Award, among other accolades.

Later, he led Open Plaza at 10:10. His next move was to build his own agency: he co-founded MICE Branding Studio, where he took on the role of Creative Head.

A career that has shifted in location and responsibilities, but never in his obsession with ideas. Sooner or later, the signs were bound to point to ROSWELL.

OTHER FINDINGS: Bicycles and kilometers, in Chile and around the world. The curiosity that drives his ideas also drives him.

  • Portrait of TOMÁS CASTIGLIONI

    DECLASSIFIED FILE

SUBJECT > TOMÁS CASTIGLIONI POSITION > CREATIVE DIRECTOR ADDITIONAL > PARTNER

The evidence shows a career path that began in art direction, but soon began to reveal other interests: branding, strategy, and an obsession with understanding the codes behind things.

He served as Art Director at TBWA\Frederick and Senior Art Director at WOLF.BCPP, a period during which his portfolio includes a Cannes Lions award.

He then moved on to work at LOLA MullenLowe Paris, before returning to Santiago as Senior Art Director at AldeA, working on accounts for Banco Santander and Cerveza Cristal.

He later co-founded MICE Studio as Brand Head, expanding his scope from art direction to strategic brand building.

For more than three years, he served as a partner and Creative Director at Simplicity. Today, he is based at ROSWELL.

OTHER FINDINGS: Semiotics, art, wine, and classical music. Dungeon Master, arcane sorcerer, and excellent rival. Everything seems to point to the same obsession: understanding codes and building worlds.
